City of Helper, Utah - Official Website
Helper City is excited to update the community on a proposal regarding the Main Street America Board and Helper Arts Alliance Board, the non-profit responsible for the Helper Arts Festival. This proposal to combine these two boards will create a single resource for information, funding and support for community members, event leaders and serve as a strategic partner with the city. This is a restructuring and will open up opportunities to interested people who want to serve the Helper community.

The initial meeting took place on April 22, 2025.
Stay tuned for information when the next meeting will take place.
